1. Non-Quality Related Returns
Within 30 days from the date you receive your order, if you are not satisfied with the product due to reasons such as size or color, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

The item must be unused and unworn, except for normal try-on.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the above requirements, we will arrange a replacement item to be sent to you.
Customers are responsible for the shipping fee for the replacement shipment.
Before we dispatch the replacement product, the additional shipping fee must be completed. After the payment is confirmed, the replacement item will be shipped.
2. Returns for Quality Issues
Within 30 days of receiving the product, if you discover a manufacturing defect or quality issue (not caused by misuse or external damage), you may apply for a return or exchange.

Customers are required to ship the item back to us first.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send a replacement item to you.
For confirmed quality issues, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
Please note:
Our quality inspection team will determine whether the issue is caused by manufacturing defects or external factors. Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper care are not eligible for free replacement or refund.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
